General Terms and Conditions – Amaya Tea

Welcome to Amaya Tea! Here's what you need to know before placing your order.

1. Our products

All our teas and accessories are prepared with care.
The photos are for illustrative purposes only; the products may vary slightly.
For hygiene reasons, some products cannot be opened or returned.

2. Order & Payment

An order is validated after payment is confirmed.
Prices are in €, including all taxes.
The customer is responsible for the delivery costs.

3. Delivery

Available in Belgium, Europe and worldwide
Shipping within 24 to 48 business hours.
Estimated delivery times: Belgium 1 to 3 days, Europe 2 to 4 days, World 5 to 10 days.
Double-check your address, otherwise you will be responsible for the reshipping costs.
Package tracking provided via email.

4. Reimbursement

Damaged or non-compliant product → contact us within 48 hours with photo and order number.
For any other reason → request within 14 days, product intact and unopened.
Refund via the same payment method, delivery charges not included unless the error is on the part of the store.
