At Amaya Tea, we want you to have a 100% satisfying experience. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, here are the refund conditions.
1. General Conditions
Refund requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the package.
The product must be:
not opened if possible.
in its original packaging,
in perfect condition.
2. Damaged or non-conforming products
If your order arrives:
damaged,
incorrect,
or does not correspond to what was ordered,

with your order number and a photo of the package.
We will then proceed to:
a full refund, or
a product replacement, according to your choice.
3. Request for reimbursement for personal convenience
If you wish to be reimbursed for a reason other than non-conformity or damage:
Contact us within 14 days of receipt.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once the package has been received and verified, the refund will be processed within 7 to 10 business days.
4. Reimbursement terms
The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the order.
Initial shipping costs are not refunded unless the error is on Amaya Tea's part (missing or incorrect product).
5. Non-refundable products
Some products may not be refundable for hygiene or safety reasons (e.g., some loose-leaf teas that have already been opened). This will be indicated on the product page.
